Goal:

This Preston home had the ultimate BLAH factor.  The home is set on a beautiful golf course lot overlooking the lake and the home just did not live up to its surroundings.  The homeowners wanted to give the house curb appeal creating a house that had beauty and character.  They also wanted to replace all of the deteriorating Masonite siding before they incurred any more decay on the exterior of the home.

Solution:

We worked with the homeowners to create a rendering that gave them the curb appeal they were looking for.  We also created a hardscape plan that would tie in perfectly with the new look.  The homeowners now have neighbors and golfers stop to compliment them on how amazing the project turned out.  The low maintenance no-rot materials are also a big plus for them.  They are so thrilled to finally have a home with a WOW factor.
