Summer Lakes Bath Remodel

As part of a whole house remodel, this hall bathroom was updated to a modern oasis.

Goal:

When purchasing this home in Preston Fairways, the homeowners knew that they would need to remodel in order to make it a home they would fit their lifestyle and accommodate their growing family.   One of their priorities was to update and reconfigure the hall bathroom.  The white melamine cabinets, cultured marble top and outdated fixtures were drab and outdated.  They wanted to create a clean modern look.

Solution:

We completely gutted the existing bathroom and reconfigured the plumbing to replace the existing tub with a large Carrara marble tile shower with a polished glass surround.  To add interest and privacy in the shower a  middle section of the glasss was finished with an opaque horizontal band.  The new floating vanity was topped with a Carrara marble countertop and recessed sink and chrome fixtures.  The water closet was added behind the shower and features a glass door to add to the chic, clean look of the room.  The end result is a clean, modern bathroom they will enjoy for years to come.
